Mark Hewitt
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mark is a driven leader that thinks strategically and isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and get to work. He believes collaboration, communication and unwavering ethics are the cornerstones of building and evolving leading teams.
In his spare time, when not with his family, traveling, or engaging in outdoor activities, Mark likes to work with entrepreneurs to nurture new ideas.
Mark graduated from the United States Military Academy and served as a Cavalry Officer in the US Army.
Julian Flaks
Chief Technology Officer
Julian is a relentless problem solver and hoarder of full stack expertise. Having thrown himself headlong into Internet technology when best practices had barely begun to emerge, Julian’s happiest putting experience to use unlocking business value.
Outside of technology, Julian enjoys jazz, cooking, gaming, reading and mushroom foraging.
Julian holds a Bachelor’s of Laws from The University of Wolverhampton, England and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from The University of Westminster.
Margo Romanowski
SEnior Director, Project Management
With a background in technical project management, agency project delivery, and a Certified ScrumMaster®, Margo is focused on software program and project management practice for application software and web development. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Rochester Institute of Technology, developing and teaching courses for agile certifications in the School of Individualized Study.
Ranjan Bhattacharya
Chief Data Officer | Head of Data Practice
With wide experience in a variety of different technologies and architectures, Ranjan is passionate about building technology solutions aligned with business needs, intersecting data, platform, and cloud. He is a believer in delivering value incrementally through agile processes incorporating early user feedback.
Outside of technology, Ranjan loves to read widely, listen to music, and travel. He also finds time to mentor high-school and college students through the SIM Boston Outreach program.
Ranjan has a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
Russ Harding
VICE PRESIDENT, Engineering | Microsoft Practice Lead
Russ is a builder and problem solver at heart. He enjoys wrestling with the details that impact business and technical success while keeping the big picture always in focus. Russ is dedicated to helping clients and teams make high level design choices and enforcing technical standards including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
Outside of technology, Russ enjoys spending time with his family, traveling cross country in his RV, and getting out into nature in any way he can.
Russ holds a degree in Computer Science from ITT Tech, is certified by Microsoft in Azure Fundamentals and by Scrum Alliance as a Scrum Master. Russ is a combat Veteran who served in the U.S. Army as a Specialist in the Field Artillery.
Rachel Mezzatesta
Vice President, Marketing
Rachel has 20+ years of business leadership experience and is adept at working with senior level leaders to understand market dynamics and capitalize on current and future market trends. Rachel has a customer-centric focus and is effective at crafting messaging and positioning to raise brand and product awareness within an organization's target markets.
Rachel is mom to 2 teenagers, enjoys riding her Peloton and achieving her daily Fitbit goals, and is always up for a walk with her two black labs, Jack and Jill.
Rachel graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Marketing, and leads a social business training company, Socially Savvy.
